If I won the Kitchen Aid Mixer, I would throw away my $12.00 hand mixer I got as a wedding gift 15 years ago. I am a great cook but only an ‘ok’ baker. I have tried many times bake cookies and muffins and for some reason I never get it just right. I would love to have a mixer like this and maybe this is my golden ticket to the perfect batter!
